Lease Acquisitions: Successfully leased over 10,000 NMA’s in the Haynesville and Cotton Valley for clients like USG Energy Gas Producer Holdings, LLC, Rockcliff Energy, and Tanos Exploration II.Due Diligence and Asset Closures: Conducted due diligence and closed over $8.2B in HBP assets. Performed due diligence for USG, Rockcliff, and Formosa Energy, verifying title and ownership on more than 57,000 GMA’s and 45,000 NMA’s for potential acquisitions.Mineral Title and Organic Leasing: Completed mineral title on 18,500 GMA’s and acquired more than 16,500 NMA’s in Haynesville lease plays.
